This hybrid produces striking large spathes with the classic scherzerianum curled spadix. Please note we can’t guarantee they will be in flower at the time of shipping but they are regular bloomers.
- Anthurium scherzerianum are commonly called Flamingo Flowers for their glossy, waxy, brightly coloured, long lasting spathes that look unreal.
- Spade-shaped, colourful spathes are actually leaves whereas the actual flower is the central spike or spadix.
Growth pattern: Self-heading, bushy & compact
Water: When the top 4-5cm of soil becomes dry.
Ideal Position: East facing
Light: Bright, indirect light.
