Hoya is a genus of tropicalplant in the Apocynaceae family. Also known as “Waxvine” or “Waxflower,” Hoya australis is a climber that has shiny thick green ovate leaves on twisting stalks. White and pink waxy star-shaped flowers appear in clusters at the tips of spurs, or peduncles. The more sun it gets, the better the chance that you’ll be graced with its blooms.
