The Neoregelia genus is native to the tropical rainforests of South America so prefer warm and humid environments. Neoregelia ‘Fireball Donger’ forms clusters of dense rosettes of stiff leaves, with a small well of water in the centre of each rosette.
WATERING
In S/S water when 20% of the top soil has dried out. In A/W allow top soil to dry out 50%. Water in rosette once a week.
LIGHT REQUIREMENTS
Bright, indirect.
FEED
During the growing season feed with ahouseplant fertiliser every month.
REPOTTING
Repot every 2-3 years using a free-draining potting mix.
