Portulaca Fuchsia is a non-stop blooming, annual plant that sports large fuchsia blooms highlighted by the shiny-green succulent leaves. Portulaca or “purslane” are spreading plants that are best suited for hanging baskets, window boxes, or as the spiller in mixed container plantings.
