A compact variety with blackish-red midribs to the lobed, green leaves. Frothy spikes of pinkish-white flowers are produced in spring. Flowers are a magnet for bees and supply a great pollen and nectar source early in the season.
Prefers a moisture retentive but well-drainedsoil in partial shade.
