Tradescantia spathacea, formerly Rhoeo spathacea, is also known as “Moses in a Boat” or “Moses in a Cradle” due to its small white flowers that are surrounded by their colorful bracts. Their leaves are eye-catchers with striped variegation ranging from purple to green and cream.
