Overview: X-Xtra Iron chelate provides 100% soluble Fe in an immediately available form for both foliar and root applications. It is formulated by a unique Iron / Nitrogen complex that converts the iron to a soluble form, which will stimulate fast green up without a flush of growth. X-Xtra Iron contains essential nutrients for photosynthesis: Iron & Nitrogen with citric acid utilized as the chelating agent.
Features and Benefits: – 9% chelated iron and low nitrogen for fast green up – 100% soluble for immediate plant availability – Compatible with Plant Growth Regulators – Can be safely tank mixed with a wide range of fertilisers and pesticides – Suitable for all fine and coarse turf – Works very well as a tank-mix with PGR’s, fertilizer’s and phosphite. • Perfect for a combined green up and hardening effect in cooler months. • Can be used at a lower rate on fairways (also in combination with PGR’s) to give an economical colour boost. • Most effective as a foliar spray when applied at a low water volume (300l/ha) as a fine mist spray to maximize coverage of product on the leaf. • Contains a low rate mixture of nitrogen and sulphur to enhance photosynthesis. • When tank-mixing with herbicides – do not agitate whilst adding the herbicide as this will cause foaming. Agitate after adding the herbicide. • Although X-Xtra Iron has mixed successfully with many products, always carry out a jar test to check compatibility of products before tank-mixing.
