Yucca brevifolia – Joshua Tree the Joshua tree is a slow growing arborescent yucca native to AZ, CA, and NV. Short, sharp tipped narrow stiff leaves form in clusters at the ends of branched arms. These yuccas grow only inches per year, making even modest sized plants many decades old. Plant in well-drained soil and full sun. Water periodically when new, especially during hot summer months. Little to no water during fall and winter months. Good drainage is key to long-term success. (Seed grown, not collected)
