Fuchsia arborescens

Lilac Fuchsia, Tree Fuchsia: Semi-evergreen shrub or small tree to 10′ tall or more x 8′ wide, with upright, tree-like growth. Dark pink flower buds produce large clusters of light pink flowers from spring to fall. Has edible, sweet, dark purple fruits. Flowers are also edible. Good for cut flowers. Mite resistant. Attracts birds, hummingbirds and pollinators. Full sun to part shade. Medium water. Seacoast, wind and sand tolerant. Deer, gopher and rabbit resistant.
